Hi, my name is Noelle, and I was born in Utah where there are no spay and neuter laws, so puppies like me are born and handed down many times . Sometimes we find a forever home, and sometimes we don't. My story was scary in the beginning. I was given away free to someone who had no experience with lab pups. They had puppy remorse and decided to post me for free on Craig's List in Utah. Thank goodness a concerned person contacted LVLR so that I could be rescued from possibly being picked up as bait for dog fighting, or for breeding in a puppy mill.
Once I got to LVLR, I got to visit the vet, and shortly after, found my forever home.
I get to be a puppy without worrying for my safety.
